The original Knockholt Police Station is transformed and extended into a three bedroom family home. Situated just outside Knockholt in an area of outstanding natural beauty, the design process required careful planning and articulation.

Internally, each space is rearranged and refurbished. Two wings extend to either end; one within a zinc clad pitched form and the other within a glazed timber structure. On first floor new contemporary dormers face out onto the landscape beyond. Phase II will include a major basement extending the home by four bedrooms.
