Toby Fletcher, Director

Toby Fletcher graduated from the Brighton School of Architecture in 1999 and co-founded Fletcher Crane Architects in 2010.

Toby combines a range of experience in leading architectural teams and building sectors which include commercial, mixed use and residential. As an Associate for Scott Brownrigg, Toby was charged with moving the practice forward in design and quality. Since founding FCA, Toby has enjoyed taking an informed approach, through the understanding of materials, product application and detailing in order to influence the client of a quality and cost efficient decision.

Ian Crane, Director
BA(Hons), DipArch, RIBA

Ian Crane graduated from the Brighton School of Architecture in 1999 and co-founded Fletcher Crane Architects in 2010. 

Ian has extensive experience leading teams and engaging in residential design both in the private and residential sectors. Particular expertise in urban design, place making and bespoke housing were developed as an Associate Director at PRP which included leading a city masterplan in Chongquing, China. Since founding FCA, Ian has continued to apply his skills across numerous sectors, managing projects from concept through to completion.

Claude Delmage, Architect
BSc(Hons), MArch, PG Dip Arch, RIBA

Claude qualified from the University of Bath and joined Fletcher Crane Architects in 2014. He has a vast range of experience over multiple sectors previously working for Scott Brownrigg and AWW Architects.

Antony Joyce, Architect

Antony joined Fletcher Crane Architects in 2016 and has since worked on the delivery of several important projects in central London.

Pavel Sandu, International Architect

Pavel recently graduated from the Faculty of Architecture and Urban Planning from the Technical University of Cluj-Napoca, a beautiful city located in the heart of Transylvania, Romania.  Pavel worked at a London practice before joining Fletcher Crane Architects in December 2016.

Georgie joined FCA in 2015 after several years of professional experience in Barcelona and Stockholm.

Agnieszka Giza, Technical Manager  
National Diploma - Architect Technician

Agnieszka spent a decade at PRP working on a variety of residential projects ranging from private houses, multi-storey buildings, large phased developments of 100+ homes (both private and social housing), to extra care and student housing projects. She has built up an expertise in all stages of project delivery, especially in detailing and working drawings production.

Carmine Bassi, Architect
Architect RIBA

Carmine studied at the Università di Napoli, with a thesis focussed on renewable energies. He has worked in Italy and the UK and joined Fletcher Crane Architects in 2017. One of his personal highlights was working on a collaboration with Massimiliano Fuksas Associati for the project Ferrari Mubadala Resort in Abu Dhabi.

Emese Ardey, International Architect
MSc Architectural Engineering

Emese moved to London shortly after graduating as an architectural engineer from the University of Debrecen, Hungary in 2014. Prior to joining Fletcher Crane Architects she worked for a small London practice specialising in arts, residential and commercial projects.

Lujan Surt, Interior Designer

Lujan graduated from University of the Arts of London in 2014. She loves to work with challenging buildings and is excited by the opportunities to bring the best out of them.  She is a multi-disciplinary interior designer, stylist and visual artist and is fascinated by space and using it creatively.

Daniel Naylor Architectural Assistant
BA(Hons), MArch

Dan completed his MA in architecture at the University of Liverpool where his final thesis project won the Sikorsky memorial design award. Prior to this Dan spent time working in Rotterdam on a range of housing, infrastructure and art installation projects. He has previously worked in construction and theatre design.

Victoria Crane, Business Manager

Prior to joining the family business, Victoria graduated from Thames Valley University and began her fourteen year career as a Marketing Manager in the exhibition industry.  Managing a team across four international events, she worked her way up through the business establishing extensive, invaluable industry experience.
