Fletcher Crane Architects assisted with the fit out of this Grade A, third floor office space in the City of London. The Grade II listed building stands opposite the Royal Exchange and the Bank of England.

The scheme included an office fit out which focused on high quality finishes and materials in an exemplar specification containing two new purpose board rooms with custom joinery, a new staff kitchen and lounge, two new sound proof phone booths, staff WC and an open plan office. The smart lift lobby welcomes uses to an exceptional office in the heart of the City. Great effort was taken to work closely with the contractor and joinery suppliers to give a bespoke finish. This results in an office environment which is characterised by warm material finishes within a smart corporate look and feel.
