Working with a 1721, Grade II* listed private residence in Greenwich, London and sitting within the conservation area posed many a design constraint for upgrading and reimagining this property. With the original home subject to haphazard modification of many decades, the refurbishment creates a highly functional family home; with full consideration and respect for the buildings’s heritage and compliance with listed building consent and associated regulation.

The high standard of finishes, fittings and equipment throughout - contrasted against the upgraded internal wall coverings - is adorned with beautiful artwork and bespoke furnitures. Each room takes on slightly differing character and are tied together by floor finishes, ceiling colours and joinery.
