Ian Crane graduated from the Brighton School of Architecture in 1999 and co-founded Fletcher Crane Architects in 2010.
Ian has extensive experience designing and leading teams in residential design both in the private and residential sectors. Particular expertise in urban design, place making and bespoke housing were developed as an Associate Director at PRP which included leading a city masterplan in Chongquing, China. Today, following over a decade of practice at FCA, Ian continues to apply his skills across numerous sectors, managing projects from concept through to completion.

Claude Delmage graduated from the University of Bath, joined the practice in 2014 and became a Director at Fletcher Crane Architects in 2019.
Over the course of his career, Claude has amassed a vast range of experience over multiple sectors having previously worked for Scott Brownrigg and AWW Architects. At Fletcher Crane Architects, he led the delivery of the RIBA award winning Sir Sydney Camm Science + Technology Building in Esher and is currently working on significant flagship projects in the education sector. Day to day, Claude also contributes to and oversees a variety of schemes within the practice.

Antony is a graduate from Kingston University and joined Fletcher Crane Architects in 2016 having previously worked at PRP Architects and Denys Lasdun & Partners. At FCA, Antony leads and contributes to technical design and project delivery across the practice. Most recently, Antony has been engaged with the Building Safety Programme; a large re-cladding operation assisting contractors with technical compliance on private residential buildings.

Harry is a graduate of Kingston University and joined Fletcher Crane Architects in 2013. Harry was Project Architect for 'Kingston Villa'; winner of an RIBA Award '24 as well as ‘Tree House’ which was shortlisted for the RIBA House of the Year ‘22. Working across all aspects of projects, Harry is currently overseeing the delivery of a number of private homes in Teddington, Belgravia and Effingham. Harry has also been an invited design critic at several UK architecture schools.

Agnieszka spent a decade at PRP Architects working on residential projects ranging from private homes to large phased developments, later living and student housing projects. Joining FCA in 2017, Agnieszka has contributed significantly to the practices’ technical outputs whilst leading important projects such as ‘Calvert’s Yard’ in Borough High Street. Currently Agnieszka is overseeing new build homes in Surbiton and Marlow.

Pavel graduated from the Faculty of Architecture and Urban Planning from the Technical University of Cluj-Napoca, a beautiful city located in the heart of Transylvania, Romania. Pavel joined Fletcher Crane Architects in 2016 and was Project Architect for ‘Nero House’, shortlisted for an RIBA South East Award. Currently Pavel is managing a new build home in Richmond and the deep retrofit of several school buildings in Kingston.

Daniel completed an MA in architecture at the University of Liverpool and won the Sikorsky Memorial Design Award. Dan previously worked in Rotterdam and contributed to a range of housing, infrastructure and art installation projects. Dan joined FCA in 2017 and has led on the planning and design development on a wide range of projects. Dan has recently completed ‘Latchmere’ and is currently leading projects in Esher and East Molesey.

Stefanie is a graduate from the University of Kent and Kingston University, London and joined Fletcher Crane Architects in 2020. This followed a period of practice experience gained at PRP Architects working on mass housing and later living schemes. At FCA she is leading on the design development and project delivery of private homes, apartment buildings and school masterplans in Hinchley Wood, Surbiton, Hampton Wick and Kingston.
OFFICE MANAGER

Jacqueline graduated from York University in 2000. Prior to joining Fletcher Crane Architects as Office Manager in November 2021, she account managed national real estate agents for over ten years. As Office Manager, Jacqueline is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the practice.

Katharina graduated from Kassel University and has worked for practices in Germany and the UK on residential and educational projects. After a decade of working as a Project Architect for Gregory Phillips Architects on high-end private residential schemes in the UK and abroad, she joined Fletcher Crane Architects in April 2023. At FCA, Katharina is leading on the redevelopment of a golf club and residential schemes in Kingston.

Michael graduated from Kingston University in 2014 and has since worked on a variety of projects across the United Kingdom including RIBA Stirling Prize shortlisted ‘Storey’s Field Centre and Eddington Nursery’ for MUMA and RIBA National award-winning buildings in Richmond. Michael joined the Fletcher Crane Architects team in 2024 and is currently working on new build homes in Surbiton, Dorking and Chiddingstone for his clients.

Tom graduated from the University of Nottingham in 2024 and joined Fletcher Crane Architects in 2025. Previously, Tom has gained experience with Benoy working predominantly on mixed-use international projects, the redevelopment of Nottingham Forest Football Club and the West Bromwich masterplan which won a 2023 Planning Award. Currently Tom is working on high-end residential projects in Kingston and Richmond.

Karla graduated from the Autonomous University of Mexico State and joined the FCA team in 2025. After moving to Europe, Karla has amassed over a decade of experience in the UK and Finland. This has included jobs with Gregory Phillips Architects in London - winning an RIBA award - and PES Architects in Helsinki where she was part of an international team that developed cultural projects in China. Karla is currently working on a Grade II listed renovation in London and a hotel refurbishment in Kingston.

Simone graduated from the University of Naples where he showed a particular interest in composition and technology which was expressed in his project for a sustainable thermal bath complex in a forest near Salerno. Originally joining Fletcher Crane Architects in 2019, Simone built up his experience on several different projects across London working on numerous high-end residential and commercial projects. He is currently working on facade remediations and new build properties.
